• There is no registration fee - IT'S FREE!!
• Participating kids click one square on the "My Activities" chart for each hour of physical activity completed during the summer. Any type of physical activity counts! Kids who fill up all boxes for a month are eligible for a chance to win great prizes!
• Kids are invited to the fun run on the Capitol Square on September 12, 2009.
• Registered participants will receive instructions about the fun run in mid-August.

• A great time participating in the Fit Kids Run on September 12, 2009!
• A great summer filled with fun activities and ideas for healthy eating!

• Tips and challenges will be posted on this website.
• Newsletters, written with the help of physicians and other health professionals, will be e-mailed monthly to help children reach their goals.
